Any order implies acceptance of these terms. They apply to consumers ordering from France or from abroad.

Products and services

• Standard nasal prostheses (Mini Tube, Cylindrical, V-Shape, Tube), made in France from a soft, transparent material certified biocompatible with the nasal mucosa.
• Custom prostheses, designed from the customer's CT scan after agreeing on the design together.
• Airflow simulation (CFD) of the customer's nasal cavity, delivered as a report, and virtual surgery (second simulation on a modified model).

The photos and descriptions on the product pages are as accurate as possible; small differences in appearance do not change the characteristics of the product.

Prices

Prices are in euros. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. The price that applies is the one shown when the order is placed. Customs duties or local taxes in the destination country, if any, are paid by the customer.

Order

Prostheses: add the products to the cart, then confirm the order on the payment page. A confirmation email is sent once the payment is received. For a custom prosthesis, the request form comes first: the design is agreed by email, then the prosthesis is added to the cart and paid.

Simulations: fill out the request form and share the CT scan in DICOM format. The simulation is paid before the work starts.

Payment

Payment is made through PayPal, with a PayPal account or a bank card. The order is processed once the payment is confirmed. An invoice is issued for each order.

Delivery

Prostheses are shipped to almost any country, in a padded envelope, with a tracking number. They are shipped within 3 working days after payment. Delivery takes up to 2 weeks in the European Union and up to 1 month outside the European Union.

The simulation report is delivered electronically in about 3 days after the CT scan is received.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• prostheses whose sealed packaging has been opened: they come into contact with the nasal mucosa and cannot be returned for health protection and hygiene reasons;
• custom prostheses, made to the customer's specifications;
• simulations and virtual surgeries fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, the customer having expressly agreed to the work starting and waived this right.

A standard prosthesis still in its unopened sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of receipt: contact aurelien@enstips.com first.

Legal guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code, 2 years from delivery) and from the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code). To use them, contact aurelien@enstips.com.

Use of the products

The prostheses are intended to relieve the symptoms of Empty Nose Syndrome. They do not treat the underlying condition and are not a substitute for medical advice. They must be removed at least once every 24 hours, and used as described in the user manual.

The simulations give an idea of the airflow and of the possible problems related to it. They may be approximate and are not a medical diagnosis.
