These prostheses are specially designed to relieve the symptoms of Empty Nose Syndrome.
In addition to the standard versions, I offer a custom prosthesis designed from your CT scan.

Why more expensive than a standard model? Designing a prosthesis from your CT scan takes a
significant amount of time, and producing a single unit costs more than mass production.
The Mini Tube prosthesis is specifically designed to fill the gap left by the absence or the reduced volume of
the inferior turbinate heads. The U-shaped loop has been deliberately thickened to improve retention.

This prosthesis is made up of rods with half cylinders at the ends, each 4 mm or 3 mm in diameter and 21 mm long.
You can trim the parts that seem too large to you with a cutter.

The prosthesis is helpful if you have a volume issue. It is difficult to get a perfectly customized prosthesis, and the product is very brittle. Still, the prosthesis may improve your sleep, reduce dryness and suffocation.

This prosthesis is made of rods with V-shaped ends that allow for easy insertion into the nasal cavity. The wings of
the V fold during passage through the anterior part and unfold in the inferior meatus.

I am very, very happy with my nose plugs. My turbinates were removed in my 20s, decades ago, though not completely. With time, I had gut issues, brain fog, oxidative stress, and more. The plugs, that I wear at night only, helped me lower oxidative stress. So, symptoms from wrong air flow were diminished a lot. This is a major win, as my supplement load went down as well. Great, great device. Technical note: oxidative stress goes down the most wearing the plugs at night.

I have ENS for many years. I ordered the V-shape one. It really helps redirect the airflow to the top. It's a great device!!! Aurelien is very patient with me. When I received the package, I thought the product was not inside. It turned out it is in the bubble package. I will order another thicker one soon. I really hope a newer version of tube can be avaible, for example, no ring outside. Maybe, using AI for new design, using magentic clap or..... Again, thanks for the great endeavor!

It's very simple. Insert the prosthesis as shown in the illustration at the top of the page, and push it in all the way so that it stays securely in place. The user manual details every step.
Is the material safe?
Yes, it is certified biocompatible for contact with the nasal mucosa for up to 24 hours. This means the prosthesis must be removed at least once every 24 hours.
Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes, I can ship to almost any country in the world. The prosthesis is sent in a padded envelope, with a tracking number so you can follow the delivery.
Where are the prostheses made?
They are manufactured in a small factory in France.
